This service covers the West Midlands area from our Birmingham base. We will travel to your address anywhere within the West Midlands for your in-person verification.

Don’t want to upload your personal documents online? That’s absolutely fine.

A member of the VettedMatches verification team will come to you and complete the verification process in person.

We will:

* Meet you at your chosen address
* Check your original identification documents in person
* Verify your passport and other required documents
* Check your DBS certificate where required
* Confirm your identity and address
* Complete your verification checklist with you
* Help you complete your VettedMatches profile
* Record that your documents have been verified in person

No copies or uploads of your personal documents are required.

Once the verification process is complete, your application will be reviewed by our vetting team before your profile is approved.
